Avenue A/Razorfish hired Sarah Kim as East region VP of media. Kim joins from mOne Worldwide, the digital and direct marketing operation of WPP subsidiary GroupM. She also worked for interactive agency Blue Marble.


Google appointed Nikesh Arora as VP of European operations, based in London. Arora was most recently CMO at T-Mobile and a member of that companys board. Earlier, he worked for Deutsche Telekom.

Marvel Enterprises handed ad representation duties on its flagship site to Interep Interactive. The independent ad seller will be the exclusive reseller of ads on Marvel.com, a source for information and news around Marvels catalog of comic heroes, including Spider-Man, The Fantastic Four and The X-Men.


WDBJ-TV in Roanoke, Va. will deploy WorldNows content management and streaming video solutions platform. WorldNow will also work with the new client on local and network sales development.
